【Abstract】 According to the authorization of the laws and regulations, the public universities, being granted with a certain administrative duty, become administrative entity in the sense of administrative laws, so their administrative behaviors have lawsuit characteristics. Research on the qualification of the administrative entity of the public universities is beneficial to the protection of the legal interest of the universities and the relevant parties (i.e. teachers and students), thus increase the administrative level of the universities under the guide of laws.更多还原
