【摘要】 教学档案管理是教学管理的有机组成部分,是教学质量好坏的有效监控机制。现行教学档案管理在很大程度上还处于经验性阶段,规范化程度较低。应从加强领导,健全管理制度、转变思想观念,提高教职工的档案意识、开发教学档案信息资源,转变教学档案管理模式、明确教学档案的归档范围等方面着手,建立长效机制,加强教学档案管理。更多还原

【Abstract】 The teaching records management is the organic constituent of teaching management,and it is the effective monitoring mechanism of teaching quality.The present teaching records management also is at the experience stage,the standardized degree is lower.We should strengthen the leadership,perfect control system,transform thought idea,raise teaching and administrative staff’s file consciousness,develop teaching file information resource,transform teaching records management pattern and so on,to establish the persistent effect mechanism,strengthens the teaching records management.更多还原
