金属粉尘燃爆泄放特性研究
Study on the Explosion Venting Characters of Metal Dusts
【摘要】 在改进的1.3 L哈特曼管中进行铝粉、镁粉、铝镁混合粉及合金粉尘泄爆特性的实验研究。实验发现,粉尘的粒度对泄爆超压没有影响,泄爆时的升压速率随着粒度的减小而增大;粉尘质量浓度存在一最优值,在此质量浓度下的泄爆超压和泄爆升压速率最大;泄爆超压随泄爆膜动作压力的增大而增大,并给出了计算泄爆超压的经验公式;镁铝混合粉中镁粉量越多,混合粉的泄爆特性越接近镁粉,反之越接近铝粉的泄爆特性;同条件下的镁铝合金粉比混合粉的泄爆特征值高。
【Abstract】 The explosion venting process of metal dusts is studied in 1.3 L Hartmann tube.For metal dust,the reduced pressure pred and rate of pressure rise(dp/dt)red increase while particle size decreases.There exists an optimum concentration that makes pred and(dp/dt)red reach to the maximum.The increasing of vent closure release pressure leads to an increase of pred and(dp/dt)red,and an empirical formula is given.The pred and(dp/dt)red increase with the increase of content of Mg in the mixture of Al and Mg dusts;pred and(dp/dt)red of Mg and Al alloy are higher than their mixture′s under the same conditions.
