【摘要】 目的探讨绝经后阴道出血的原因。方法对2000年3月-2004年3月226例绝经后阴道出血的患者进行回顾性分析。结果226例患者中因妇科炎症引起的出血131例(57.98%)。功能失调性子宫出血44例(19.51%),恶性肿瘤29例(12.83%),良性肿瘤15例(6.64%),宫内节育器引起的出血4例及其它原因3例。结论绝经后阴道出血的患者中以妇科炎症性疾病为最多,其次为功能性子宫出血,年龄越大,绝经年限越长的妇女,恶性肿瘤发生率越高。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective To investigate the pathogenic factors of postmenopausal vagina irregular bleeding.Methods The clinical date of 226 cases with postmenopausal vagina irregular bleeding was collected analyzed retrospectively.Results 131 cases(57.98%) were gynecological inflammation,44 cases(19.51%) were dysfunctional uterine bleeding,29 cases(12.83%) were malignant tumor,15 cases(6.64%) were benign tumor,4 cases were intrauterine contraceptive device,and 3 cases were other reasons.Conclusions The main factor of postmenopausal irregular bleeding is gynecological inflammation,the other one is dysfunctional uterine bleeding.The incidence of malignant tumor relates to the age and the menopause time limit.更多还原
