【摘要】 目的观察长春西汀治疗椎-基底动脉供血不足(VBI)的临床疗效。方法将78例VBI患者随机分为治疗组(39例)和对照组(39例),治疗组予长春西汀注射液20 mg/d,对照组予丹参注射液20 ml/d,分别静脉输注,每日1次,连续14 d。结果治疗组总有效率92.31%,明显高于对照组的71.79%(P<0.01);治疗组在治疗后血液流变学指标较治疗前有明显改善(P<0.05)。结论长春西汀对VBI的治疗疗效确切,值得临床推广应用。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective To investigate the effect of vinpocetina for patients with vertebrobasilar insufficiency(VBI).Methods 78 VBI patients were randomly divided into the treatment group(n=39) and the control group(n=39).The treatment group received treatment of Vinpocetina injection 20 mg/d,the control group received treatments of DanShen injection 20 ml/d.Results The total effective rate of treatment group was 92.31%,which was significantly higher than 72.79% of control group(P<0.01).Compared with the index before treatment,in the treatment group,the index of hemorheology was obviously improved(P<0.05).Conclusions The effect of Vinpocetine is obvious,so it can be recommended for clinical treatment.更多还原
