【摘要】 目的探讨高压氧疗法对放射性脑病的治疗作用。方法将76例确诊为放射性脑病的病人随机分为高压氧联合治疗组38例及对照组38例,两组病人分别按预定方案治疗后作临床疗效比较。结果高压氧联合治疗组治疗的总有效率达89.5%,明显高于对照组的58%(χ2=6.456,P<0.05)。结论高压氧是治疗放射性脑病一种有效的、重要的辅助治疗手段,可在临床中试用。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective To explore the effect of combination of hyperbaric oxygen (HBO) and medicine on patients with radiation encephalopathy.Methods 76 patients with radiation encephalopathy were divided into the trial group (combination of HBO and medicine) and the control group(medicine only) .The curative effects were evaluated and compared.Results In the trial group,the total effective rate was 89.5%,and in the control group,it was 58%.The deference of effective rate was significant (P<0.05).Conclusions HBO is an effective,important and auxiliary treatment for patients with radiation encephalopathy.更多还原
