【摘要】 目的探讨头孢拉定不良反应的临床特点。方法回顾分析2000年4月-2006年8月收治的25例头孢拉定不良反应的临床资料,并文献复习。结果儿童、青少年多见,占68%,血尿16例次,皮疹8例次,胸闷、气紧、心慌6例次,肝功能损害3例次、发热2例次,肾功能衰竭1例次,过敏性休克1例次。结论在应用头孢拉定时,要密切观察尿液的变化及过敏反应。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective To find out clinical features of cefradine induced adverse reaction.Methods The clinical data of cefradine induced adverse reaction in 25 cases from April, 2000 to August, 2006 were analyzed retrospectively.Results The predominant patients were children and young people, 68% of all cases. 16 cases presented with hematuria, rash was found in 8cases, 6 patients complained of dyspnea and palpitation. Liver damage was found in 3 cases. 2 cases presented with fever. Acute renal failure occurred in 1 case and allergic shock occurred presented in 1 case.Conclusions Urine change and allergic reactions should be closely observed when cefradine was administrated.更多还原
