【摘要】 目的探讨在CT引导下经皮肺穿刺取出病灶组织进行病理检查的临床应用价值。方法回顾18例肺穿刺病例,分析如何选择活检的最佳层面、进针点及进针深度和角度,抽吸或切割病变组织后送检。结果细胞和(或)组织病理检查报告,肺部恶性肿瘤12例,结核3例,炎性3例,无一例局部出血、气胸、咯血等。结论在CT引导下经皮肺穿刺操作简单、准确性高,并发症少,实用性高,应用前景广阔。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective To explore the clinical application of percutaneous lung puncture guided by CT in sampling focus tissue for pathological biopsy.Methods The clinical data,including the choice of best puncturing layer,site,angle and depth,and the way of pathological changing tissues were pumped or incised,of 18 cases were analyzed retrospectively.Results The cell and(or) tissue pathological examination reported 12 cases of malignant lung cancer,3 cases of tuberculosis and 3 cases of inflammation.There was no case with local hemorrhage,pneumothorax or hempotysis.Conclusions The percutaneous lung puncture guided by CT is a good sampling method with advantage of easy operability,highly accurate,less complication,good practicability and widely applications.更多还原
