【摘要】 目的探讨影响广东省农民参加新型农村合作医疗的现状及其影响因素。方法采用随机整群抽样方法对广东省7个市923户农民进行问卷调查。结果被调查者当中,50.6%参加了新型农村合作医疗;10.6%被调查者很信任农村合作医疗,认为新型农村合作医疗能带来实惠;79.3%被调查者对新型农村合作医疗一般信任,认为可能有益;10.1%不信任新型农村合作医疗。信任与不信任组农民参与新型农村合作医疗率有统计学差异(P<0.01)。影响农民参加农村新型合作医疗的前三位因素为“报销手续太繁琐”(17.53%)、“报销比例太低”(17.04%)、“服务态度差”(14.74%)。结论新型农村合作医疗作为一项民心工程在我省已开展3年多了,其参保率不高,农民心中还存在着各种顾虑,应加强宣传、改进管理方法、改善服务态度,提高参保率。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective To explore the situation of Guangdong new rural cooperative medical service(CMS) and its influence factor.Methods We adopted random cluster sampling methods to investigate the situation of new rural cooperative medical service in 923 farmers of seven cities in Guangdong Province.Results 50.6% of the informants participated in the new rural cooperative medical service,10.6% trusted CMS very much,thought the new rural cooperatives medical service can bring the actual benefit,79.3% trusted CMS and thought it was possible beneficial,10.1% does not trust CMS.The difference of participate rates between trust persons and distrust persons was significant(P<0.01).The first three influence factors were: troublesome of reimburses procedure(17.53%),the lower proportion(17.04%) and bad service(14.74%).Conclusions The new rural cooperatives medical service has developed for more than 3 years in our province,its participate rates is not high,rural population worry about its benefits,so we should strengthen the propaganda and ameliorate service.更多还原
