【摘要】 目的探讨IgA肾病(IgAN)患者的抑郁症状的临床特点及相关因素分析。方法选择73例IgAN患者,用抑郁自评量表(SDS)进行问卷调查。结果45%IgAN患者具有抑郁临床表现,其中易倦、性兴趣减退、兴趣丧失、易激惹、忧郁、能力下降、睡眠障碍、不安、生活空虚感、无用感等抑郁症状常见。抑郁临床表现患者中,以受教育程度高、从事体力劳动者为主(P<0.05),抑郁表现与病程及婚姻相关(P<0.05),与病情的严重程度无关。结论在IgAN患者中存在一定程度的抑郁症状,诊治过程中要关注患者的心理和情绪。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective To investigate the level of depression in patients with IgA nephropathy (IgAN).Methods Seventy-three patients with IgAN were investigated with questionnaire of self rating depressive scale (SDS).Results 45 percent of these patients had clinical features of depression.Tiredness,hyposexuality, hebetude,irritability,depression,hypoability,insommia, uneasiness, vacuity and inutility were more common. Most of these patients were educated manual worker (P<0.05). The level of depression was related with disease course and marriage statue (P<0.05), while not with the severity of IgAN.Conclusions Patients with IgAN have symptoms of depression to a certain extent. Doctors should pay close attention to their mentality and emotion in diagnosis and treatment of the patients with IgAN.更多还原
