【摘要】 目的总结36例园斑蝰蛇咬伤后急性肾功能衰竭的中西医结合血透治疗疗效。方法36例患者分2组,中西医组18例应用中成药八宝丹胶囊、大黄粉、肾舒冲剂、蛇药等治疗同时进行血透,前3d每天透析2～4h,3d后视病情每周透析2次;18例单用血透治疗。结果除1例妇女月经期间被蝰蛇咬伤急性肾功能衰竭,救治中死于阴道不可挽救的大出血外,余35例均顺利康复,其中2例轻者无血透,经中西医结合治愈,并随访2年以上无并发症。中西医结合治疗组疗效优于单纯西医治疗组。结论蛇毒中除出血因子大于透析膜孔40000个道尔顿,其他毒素均能被透析膜滤过,透析能迅速缓解蛇伤后急性肾衰,中西医结合能促进严重并发症的提前恢复,使患者顺利渡过少尿、无尿期,进而康复。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective To investigate the treatment of Snakebites by Hemodialysis and the Combination of Chinese and Western Medicine.Methods 36 patients with snakebite were divided into 2 groups, patients in group A were given hemodialysis therapy and combination of TCM and western medicine, patients in group B were given hemodialysis therapy only.Results One female patient died of vaginal hemorrhage during menstruation period, the rest 35 cases all recovered smoothly, and no complication was found during the following-up period for more than 2 years.Conclusions Except the hemorrhagic toxin is larger than the pore of dialyser membrane, the other toxins in venin can be filtrated by dialyser membrane. Hemodialysis therapy can rapidly remit the severe complications of ARF caused by snakebites, and enable the patients to pass through the oliguria or anuria period and recover smoothly.更多还原
