【摘要】 目的研究儿童下蹲困难的病因及诊治效果。方法应用流行病学现况调查、病例对照研究、病理检查等方法,收集某山村不明原因下蹲困难的患儿7例,进行综合研究和手术治疗、随访。结果调查14岁以下儿童70人,下蹲困难者7人,约占10%;所有患儿3岁前因呼吸道感染而多次注射苯甲醇作溶媒的青霉素针剂;一次性手术松解矫正,疗效满意,病理证实肌纤维变性、增生伴玻璃样变,确诊为注射性臀肌挛缩症。结论注射性臀肌挛缩症是引起儿童下蹲困难的主要原因,早期准确的诊断,尽快彻底手术松解,术后主动锻炼,效果十分满意。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective To study the cause of squatting down disability in children and its therapeutic effects.Methods By epidemiologic cross-sectional investigation, case-control study, and pathological examination,7 children from a village with squatting down disability of unknown cause received synthetic research and surgical intervention. We followed up their rehabilitation process.Results 70 children smaller than 14-year old were investigated, there were 7 children with squatting down disability. All the disabled children had been injected penicillin dissolved benzyl alcohol for treating respiratory infection before the age of 3.Surgical procedure were performed on these children, and the results were satisfactory. The pathological examination showed that denaturation, hyperplasia and hyalinization of muscle fibers. The erroneous intragluteal injection may result in gluteus Contracture in these children.Conclusions Intragluteal injection is the main cause of the squatting down disability. The early discovery and treatment is important. The surgical intervention is quite satisfactory.更多还原
