Livin蛋白在急性淋巴细胞白血病儿童中的表达

【摘要】 目的探讨Livin蛋白在儿童急性淋巴细胞白血病(ALL)骨髓组织中的表达及其意义。方法采用免疫组织化学链霉素-抗生物素-过氧化物酶复合法(SP法)检测Livin蛋白在40例ALL和同期住院20例非白血病儿童的骨髓组织表达情况,分析其与儿童ALL发生发展的关系。结果ALL患儿40例骨髓组织中Livin蛋白阳性表达率为40%,较对照组(5%)明显增高,二者比较有统计学意义(P<0.05)。化疗16例患儿骨髓组织中7例完全缓解,其Livin蛋白阳性表达率明显低于未完全缓解者(P<0.05)。结论Livin蛋白在儿童ALL骨髓组织中高表达,Livin蛋白可能参与儿童ALL的发生发展和化疗耐受机制过程。

【Abstract】 Objective To study the expression of Livin,a novel inhibitor of apoptosis protein(IAP)family member in children with acute lymphocytic leukemia(ALL).Methods Livin protein of 40 cases myeloid tissue of children with ALL and 20 cases that of non-leukemia children were assayed by streptomycin avidin-biotin-peroxidase complex staining immunohistochemical method in order to analyze the relationship between Livin protein expression and development of ALL.Results The positive rates of Livin protein expression was 40% in 40 cases ALL,but in control group,the positive rates of Livin protein expression was 5%.The difference of 2 groups was significant(P<0.05).Livin protein expression in 7 cases of complete remission during 16 cases with chemotherapy lower obviously than that of non-remission group(P<0.05).Conclusion Livin protein has higher expression in ALL children,and Livin may play an important role in children ALL happening,development and chemotherapy-resistance.
