【摘要】 目的了解茵栀黄注射液在胆道闭锁(BA)患儿手术前后的辅助治疗效果。方法将32例BA患儿按照手术前后是否辅以茵栀黄注射液治疗分为试验组(18例)和对照组(14例),患儿均经手术及病理切片证实诊断。采用ELISA测定患儿血清总胆红素、直接胆红素、ALT、AST水平,结合胆汁排出率和随访获得的黄疸消退率及胆管炎发生率综合评定茵栀黄辅助治疗效果。结果试验组患儿上述生化指标在入院时均高于对照组(Pa<0.05),术后2周再次测定时则明显低于对照组(Pa<0.05)。随访持续使用茵栀黄达3个月以上黄疸消退率优于对照组,而发生胆管炎的比例明显降低。结论茵栀黄可显著降低BA患儿血清转氨酶及胆红素水平,提高患儿术后黄疸消退率,降低胆管炎发生。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective To evaluate the adjunctive therapy effect of yinzhihuang on biliary atresia(BA)in children.Methods Thirty-two children with BA were involved in this experiment.Children who had been given yinzhihuang preoperatively and postoperatively were selected as the experimental group,those who had not been given yinzhihuang as the control group.All these children were diagnosed by pathological section.Biochemical indicators were detected by enzyme linked immunosorbent assay(ELISA)methods,and data of jaundice extinction ratio and incidence of cholangeitis were obtained by the follow-up.Results Biochemical indicators of experimental group were higher than those in control group before they were treated(Pa<0.05),which were much lower than the control 2 weeks after operation(Pa<0.05).Follow-up indicated that if BA children were treated with yinzhihuang injection more than 3 months,jaundice extinction ratio was higher than controls,and the incidence of cholangeitis decreased significantly.Conclusion Significant therapeutic effect of yinzhihuang on BA children not only can decrease the serum transaminase and bilirubin but also facilitate jaundice extinction and reduce the incidence of cholangeitis.更多还原
