【摘要】 将苜蓿寡肽、苜蓿叶蛋白和苜蓿草粉轮流强饲16只400日龄海兰褐父母代种公鸡,测定氨基酸利用率。结果表明:强饲后,苜蓿寡肽氨基酸利用率极显著高于苜蓿草粉(p<0.01),苜蓿寡肽与苜蓿叶蛋白相比,利用率表观值高于苜蓿叶蛋白,但统计差异不显著(p>0.05)。3种饲料的氨基酸利用率为:苜蓿寡肽>苜蓿叶蛋白>苜蓿草粉。更多还原

【Abstract】 Sixteen 400-day-old Hy-line Brown adult roosters were used to study the amino acids availability in alfalfa oligopeptide,leaf protein,and meal.The results showed that the amino acids availability of alfalfa oligopeptide was significantly higher than that of the alfalfa meal(p<0.01),the apparent values of the amino acids availability of the oligopeptide were higher than those of the leaf protein.The sequence of the amino acids availability in the three feedstuffs was alfalfa oligopeptide>alfalfa leaf protein>alfalfa meal.更多还原
