康宁木霉和白腐真菌原生质体融合子生物学特性的研究
Biological Characteristics of Protoplast Fusant of Trichoderma.koningii and Phanerochaete chrysosporium
【摘要】 为考察康宁木霉3.2774(Trichoderma.koningii 3.2774)和白腐真菌5.776(Phanerochaete chrysosporium 5.776)原生质体融合子生物学特性,采用同工酶聚丙烯凝胶电泳、插片培养、拮抗试验和生长曲线的测定,对康宁木霉和白腐真菌的融合子进行鉴定,结果表明:融合子酯酶同工酶电泳有不同于亲本的新酶带出现,融合子菌落与亲本之间存在拮抗,菌丝颜色不同,菌株生长速度慢于亲本菌株,这些生理生化性状上与亲本存在明显的差异,是一株融合双亲性状的新菌株。
【Abstract】 In order to research protoplast fusant biological characteristics of Trichoderma.koningii and Phanerochaete chrysosporium,EST zymograms,insert pieces experiment,antagonistic experiment and the growth curve were studied.As a result,compared with fungal parent,fusant had new enzyme strips,the new strain’s colour was kelly,growth was slow.All the biological characteristics were significantly different,so fusant was a new fungus with the characteristics of its parents.
