抗疲劳功能食品的综合评价方法研究
Methods of Evaluating Anti-fatigue Functional Food Comprehensively with Multi-targets
【摘要】 分析了不同停留时间对受试小鼠血清中的谷丙转氨酶(ALT)、谷草转氨酶(AST)、乳酸脱氢酶(LDH)、肌酐(CREA)、碱性磷酸激酶(AKP)、葡萄糖(GLU)、尿激酶(CK)、尿素氮(BUN)8项血清生化指标的影响情况。通过试验研究发现,样品不同停留时间对血清中生化指标影响程度不完全相同,各指标相互间变化规律也很难找寻,根本无法直观判断其抗疲劳功效特性,故成功地构建出以8项血清生化指标直接评价抗疲劳功能特性的新方法。
【Abstract】 The anti-fatigue effects of different detention time on the eight biochemical indicators,glutamate(ALT),glutamic oxaloacetic transaminase(AST),lactate dehydrogenate(LDH),creatinine(CREA),alkaline phosphates(AKP),glucose(GLU),urokinase(CK),urea-nitrogen(BUN) in mice surem were analyzed emphatically.The results showed that the effects of different detention time on the eight biochemical indicators were different and no patterns were found.The function of anti-fatigue could not be evaluated directly.New methods of evaluating the eight biochemical indicators directly were designed.
