FCC汽油中噻吩与烯烃在AlCl3-NKC9催化剂上的烷基化反应
ALKYLATION OF THIOPHENE AND OLEFINS IN FCC NAPHTHA OVER AlCl3-NKC9 CATALYST
【摘要】 在实验室将AlCl3负载于大孔磺酸树脂上进行了FCC汽油的烷基化脱硫反应研究。比较了不同溶剂和浸渍方法对催化剂活性的影响以及反应条件对噻吩硫转化的影响。结果表明,以四氯化碳为溶剂,采用等体积浸渍法制备的AlCl3-NKC9催化剂具有良好的催化活性,在反应压力0.3MPa、反应温度100℃、反应时间4h、剂料比为4∶100的条件下,噻吩硫的转化率高达93.5%。
【Abstract】 The alkylation reaction of thiophene and olefins in FCC naphtha over AlCl3 supported by large pore sulfonic resin(AlCl3-NKC9)catalyst was studied.The effect of solvent types and impregnation methods on the catalyst activity was compared,and the optimum reaction conditions for converting thiophene in FCC naphtha were obtained.It was found that the catalyst prepared by isopyknic impregnation using CCl4 as solvent,possessed good catalytic activity.Under the conditions of a reaction pressure of 0.3MPa,a reaction temperature of 100℃,a reaction period of 4h,and a catalyst to naphtha ratio(g/mL)of 4∶100,the conversion of thiophene reached 93.5%.
