焦化柴油溶剂精制的研究
STUDY ON THE SOLVENT REFINING OF COKER GAS OIL
【摘要】 以润滑油糠醛精制装置抽提塔底抽出液为溶剂对抚顺石油二厂焦化柴油进行了非加氢精制的小试和中试研究。通过小试研究确定了使焦化柴油安定性指标符合产品要求的适宜精制条件,即精制温度为70℃、助剂加入量为5g/kg、剂油体积比为1.0、精制时间为30min、沉降时间为30min,此条件下碱氮脱除率为84.62%。中试研究结果表明,在精制温度为70℃条件下,当助剂加入量为10g/kg,剂油体积比为0.7时,焦化柴油的氧化沉渣量为2.5mg/100mL,符合产品质量要求;当助剂加入量为6g/kg,剂油体积比为1.0时,其氧化沉渣量为3.6mg/100mL,与直馏柴油调合后可以满足产品质量指标要求。
【Abstract】 Solvent refining of coker gas oil was studied in laboratory and pilot plant by using the extract from lube oil furfural refining unit as solvent and adding a self-prepared additive.The object of this study was to investigate the optimum test conditions such that the refined product would meet the specifications of light diesel fuel.It was found that in the laboratory,the removal rate of basic nitrogen reached 84.62% under the test conditions of a treating temperature of 70℃,an additive dosage of 5g/kg,a solvent/oil volume ratio of 1,a treating period and a setting time of both 30min.Based on these lab results,continuous refining tests were carried out on the pilot plant with a static mixer.Results showed that at a treating temperature of 70℃ ,when the additive dosages were 10g/kg (with a solvent/oil volume ratio of 0.7) and 6g/kg (with a solvent/oil volume ratio of 1.0),the oxidative residue contents of the two treated oil samples were 2.5mg/100mL and 3.6mg/100mL,respectively.The former met the specification of light diesel fuel and the latter could be blended with straight-run diesel to meet the target as well.
