【摘要】 目的研究厄贝沙坦与吲哒帕胺合用治疗中、重度高血压的疗效。方法60例中、重度高血压患者厄贝沙坦150mg,每日1次,加吲哒帕胺2.5mg每日1次,连续8周。用药前后监测血压、心率、血钾、肾功能、血糖及血脂。结果治疗后血压有明显下降总有效率96.67%,治疗后总胆固醇(TC)、三酰甘油(TG)较治疗前均有升高趋势,但无统计学意义(P>0.05)。治疗后患者的血钾有降低,但无1例发生低钾血症。治疗后患者的血糖(BG)、血尿素氮(BUN)、血肌酐(Cr)较治疗前无明显变化。结论厄贝沙坦与吲哒帕胺联合治疗中、重度高血压疗效显著,副作用少,且两者价格便宜,值得推广使用。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective To investigate the effectiveness of irbesartan plus indapamide for hypertension.Methods 60 patients with mild or moderate hypertension were treated with irbesartan(150 mg once daily)plus indapamide(2.5 mg once daily)for 8 weeks.Blood pressure,heart rate,serum potassium,renal function,blood sugar and blood lipid were tested before and after treatment.Results Blood pressure decreased significantly after treatment,with the overall response rate being 96.67%.Total cholesterol and triglyceride showed a tendency to increase after treatment,but the differences was not statistically significant(P>0.05).Serum potassium level decreased after treatment,but did not reach hypopotassemic level.There were no significant changes in blood sugar,blood urea nitrogen and serum creatinine after treatment.Conclusion The therapeutic results of irbesartan plus indapamide for mild and moderate hypertension are good,with few complications deserving recommendation.更多还原
