【摘要】 目的探讨外伤性脑室内出血的发病机制、临床特点、治疗方法和预后。方法对64例外伤性脑室内出血进行总结。结果痊愈19例,轻残14例,重残10例,死亡21例。结论外伤性脑室内出血是一种重型颅脑损伤,发病机制复杂,预后差,死亡率高。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective To discuss the mechanism,characteristic,therapy and prognosis of traumatic intraventricular hemorrhage.Methods 64 cases of traumatic intraventricular hemorrhage were investigated.Results Cured cases 19,moderately disabled cases 14,severally disabled cases 10,died cases 21.Conclusion Traumatic intraventricular hemorrhage is one of several brain injury.The mechanism is complex,the outcome is poor,and the mortality is very high.更多还原
