【摘要】 目的总结电子动能碎石术治疗输尿管结石的疗效。方法回顾性分析200例电子动能碎石术治疗的输尿管结石患者资料。男性120例,女性80例,年龄16~62岁,平均39岁。输尿管上段结石20例,中段为80例,下段为100例。结果碎石成功率91.00%(182/200)。其中上段结石碎石成功率80.00%(16/20),中段为91.25%(73/80),下段为93.00%(93/100)。结石移位至肾盂或肾下盏8例,发生输尿管穿孔18例,须改开放手术4例。随访195例,随访时间1~16个月,术后1月结石排净190例。B超显示肾积水较术前明显减少或消失,未发现明显输尿管狭窄。结论电子动能碎石术治疗输尿管结石创伤小、成功率高、并发症少,是治疗输尿管结石尤其是中下段结石的首选方法。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective To investigate ureteroscopic electrokinetic lithotripsy for ureteral calculi.Methods Data of 200 patients with ureteral calculi treated with ureteroscopic electrokinetic lithotripsy from Jan. 2001 to Nov. 2006 were analysed retrospectively, of which proximal ureteral calculi 20, middle ureteral calculi 80 and lower ureteral calculi 100. There were 120 male and 80 female with an age ranging from 16 to 62.Results The successful lithothyptic rate was 91 %(182∕200), with lithothyptic rate being 80% for proximal ureteral calculi, 91.25﹪ for middle ureteral calculi and 93﹪ for lower ureteral calculi. In 8 patients stone and its fragments were pushed up into pelves and calyces. Ureteral perforation was observed in 18 patients. Of 195 patients followed up for 1 to 16 months, 190 patients were stone free within 1 month.Conclusion The electrokinetic lithotripsy is an effective, safe and minimally invasive means of intracorporeal lithotripsy. It is the treatment of choice for the middle and lower ureteral calculi.更多还原
