【摘要】 目的探讨腹腔镜在肾上腺肿瘤切除术中的应用。方法采用后腹腔镜完成30例肾上腺肿瘤切除术。结果30例全部获得成功,无明显并发症。住院时间6~10d,平均7d。结论后腹腔镜手术具有微创、安全有效、术后恢复快、住院时间短等优点,为肾上腺肿瘤首选或重要的手术方法。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective To investigate the application of laparoscope in the resection of adrenal tumor.Methods Laparoscopic retroperitoneal resection of adrenal tumor was performed in30 patients.Results All the 30 operations were successful,with no significant complications.The postoperative hospital stay was 6～10 days, with a mean of 7 days.Conclusion Laparoscopic retroperitoneal operation has the advantages of minimally invasive,safe and feasible,with quick postoperative recovery and short hospital stay. It should be considered as the treatment of choice or the important therapy for adrenal tumor.更多还原
