【摘要】 目的探讨设计性实验课程的建立并对其在实践教学中的效果进行评价。方法选择临床医学专业2004级学生542名,在外科学实习前强化训练中,引入设计性实验教学模式。结果75%以上的学生认为新的实验教学模式有利于提高自学能力;教师普遍认为新的实验教学模式较传统的实验教学模式明显活跃。结论设计性实验课程能提高学生的学习效果,培养学生的综合素质。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective To explore the establishment of The designing experiment and to evaluate the effect of it in the practicality teaching. Methods During The intensive Training before Practice, to apply The Designing Experiment to the 542 students come frome 2004 clinical medical speciality.Results More than 75% students thought that The new teaching mode can stimulate their capability to study;many teachers agreed with The new teaching mode.
