【摘要】 目的探讨有效的血糖记录方法,推广实用的、简明的血糖监测记录表。方法回顾性调查了360例归档病历,从血糖监测的时间、记录用的纸张、是否使用表格记录、表格是否电脑绘制、记录的位置、记录是否简明、循医嘱日期查找血糖值所需要的时间几方面进行统计。结果住院糖尿病病人血糖监测的时间不规范,非糖尿病专科对糖尿病病人血糖监测的时间具有随意性;血糖监测记录方法以电脑绘制的表格式记录仅为33.3%,而且,仅在内分泌专科使用。结论应加强医护人员对住院糖尿病病人血糖监测意义的教育,规范住院糖尿病病人血糖监测的时间。血糖监测电脑绘制的表格记录,简单明了、清晰,节省查看的时间,为医护人员了解病人病情提供了直接快捷的依据,可在临床上广泛地推广使用。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective The aim of this study was to know how blood glucose monitored in inpatients with diabetes mellitus and simply and effectively recorded.Methods Studied retrospectively the time of monitoring blood glucose and the records of glucose level whether in table,uniform and clear.Results The time of blood glucose monitoring is more random in other department than in the department of endocrinology.The blood glucose levels were recorded in table only in the department of endocrinology and most of them were unclearly.Conclusion We should enhance nurses educated how to monitor blood glucose in inpatients with diabetes mellitus and make the standard time of blood glucose monitoring and clear and simple record table,which can be used easily in clinical works.更多还原
