【Abstract】 With the active carbon as decoloriser,the glutin hydrolysate is decolored in sorts of conditions: the quantity of active carbon used,pH,temperature and time.Through single factor and orthogonal experiment,the best condition is that:the quantity of active carbon used is 1.5%,pH=5.5,T=35℃,t=40 min.The decoloared effect on the glutin hydrolysate is clear,the rate of decolouring is 86.21% and the peptides lose rate is only 6.12%.更多还原
