【摘要】 采用高效液相色谱法(HPLC)快速测定芦丁,其测定色谱条件为:色谱柱:Kromasil C18,(10μm,4.6×250mm);流动相:甲醇∶水∶冰乙酸(体积比为:40∶60∶1),流速:1.0mL/min;检测波长:330nm,柱温:室温20℃。线性范围50-500μg/mL,R2=0.9999。在上述条件下对苦荞叶中所含芦丁进行了含量测定,分析结果表明,此法简单快速、高效灵敏、重现性好。更多还原

【Abstract】 HPLC was used to determine rutin content rapidly.The optimum chromatograph parameters are as follow: column as Kromasil C18(10μm,4.6mm×250mm),mobile phase as methanol-water-acetic acid(40∶60∶1,v/v/v),flow rate of the mobile phase 1.0mL/min,detection wavelength 330nm.colume temp.20℃,and the linear range is around 50～500μg/mL.R2=0.9999.The proposed method shows a higher accuracy and precision.更多还原
