PVC管道施工机械手夹持对接装置的研究

【摘要】 目的研究与开发管道施工机械手,解决地下埋设管线施工中的安全、施工质量和施工效率及夹持对接装置的核心技术问题.方法研究与分析了机械手的夹持对接装置的工作原理,管节在工作中受力状态和改善管节受力的措施,制造了管道机械手的实验用样机,以挖掘机为运载平台,用机械手实现管节的就位与对接.并在现场进行了实验.结果验证了这种夹持对接装置的工作原理和各主要部分的力学分析表达式,给出的改善管节受力状态的措施切实可行.结论机械手夹持对接装置的原理和所得到的计算表达式可以应用于产品开发,提出的改善管节受力状态的措施有助于机械手安全可靠地工作,提高管道施工的机械化水平.

【Abstract】 The pipe manipulator is a way to solve the safety,quality and to efficiency problem in the pipe laying construction site,and enhance the technology of pipelaying.The work principle of holding and jointing device of the pipe manipulator was established.The calculating method for the pressure force between pipes and the clamp pad was described.A prototype PVC pipe manipulator was developed for the experiment.The pipe manipulator,suspended from spreader bars on the backhoe bucket,was easily guided into place by the operator to install pipes.According to the test result of construction site,the work principle and mechanical analysis method of the device had turned out to be well adapted for the function.The ways to reduce the pressure between the pipes and the clamp pad were given out.The work principle and mechanical analysis method of the holding and jointing device of the pipe manipulator can be applied to product development.The ways to improve the mechanical state of the pipes will ensure the pipe manipulator safe and reliable work.
