结合分形理论的水泥絮凝研究
Analysis of Cement Flocculation Combining with Fractal Theory
【摘要】 目的对水泥絮凝进行定量化研究,找出其微观结构与宏观性质的联系.方法用“激光颗粒分布测量仪”测试了不同水泥絮凝颗粒的粒度分布,分析了各絮凝颗粒的分形特征,探讨了分形维数与水泥比表面积、净浆流动度的关系.结果水泥絮凝颗粒的粒度分布具有很好的自相似性,属于典型的无规三维分形体;且分形维数越大,比表面积越大,水泥净浆流动度越小.结论用分形维数对抽象的水泥絮凝粒度分布进行定量描述是可行的,从分形维数可以推断出比表面积和净浆流动度等宏观性质的变化趋势.
【Abstract】 Inaugurate a quantificational way for the research of cement flocculation,in order to find out the relationship of macroscopical feature and microcosmic structure.Cement flocculation particle distribution is tested by using Laser Fineness Gage.Fractal dimensions are counted.Then discuss relationship of fractal dimension and cement specific surface area as well as cement paste fluidity.From the test data,draw a conclusion that:distribution of cement flocculation particle has self-similar feature and it is a typical three-dimensional random fractal structure;moreover,when cement paste fluidity get down and specific surface increase,the correlative fractal dimension will turn larger.It is obvious that the research of cement flocculation combining with fractal theory is feasible.Fractal dimension can be taken as a token for cement specific surface area and cement paste fluidity.
