一次烧结法制取金属尾矿建筑微晶玻璃的组成

【摘要】 目的实现一次烧结法制取各项性能指标均满足建筑要求的建筑微晶玻璃,提高产品性能.方法以铁尾矿为主要原材料调整配方,进行差热分析及X射线氵行射,并对实验数据进行对比分析.结果氧化物的含量关系到利用一次烧结法制取建筑微晶玻璃的成功与否,对主晶相的类别起决定性作用.并且形成透辉石主晶相的晶化率高.结论通过调整微晶玻璃的组成,配合适当复合晶核剂,将玻璃软化点降低100℃,烧结温度由1400℃降至1200℃,整个生产过程由6 h缩短到4 h.复合晶核剂:TiO2、Cr2O3,CaF2,其中m(TiO2):m(Cr2O3)(其比值为k1)取2~4,TiO2的质量分数范围为2%~10%,CaF2质量分数在2%以上.

【Abstract】 The purpose of the study on the composition of glass-ceramic is to get the product whose every property is satisfy by the one time sintering forging,and improve the quality of the product.Metallic tailings are used as the main material,change the composition,take the experiment of the Differential Thermal Analysis(DTA) and the X-ray Diffraction(XRD),and analysie the data.Different compositions play the important role in whether the glass-ceramic can be produced or not,and also can show us what the main crystallization is,and also a high crystallization rate.By changing the composition of the glass-ceramic,with some suitable nucleating agent,the intenerate temperature of the glass may be reduced 100,the working temperature also be changed from 1400 to 1200,the total time of the procedure of production is controlled within 4 hours.Composite nucleating agents:TiO2、Cr2O3,CaF2,where m(TiO2):m(Cr2O3)(indicated with k2) is 2 to 4,the dosage range of TiO2 is from 2% to 10%,the dosage of the CaF2 is more than 2%.
