【摘要】 介绍了华中科技大学电工电子教学实验中心的改革与实践情况。通过优化整合仪器资源、合理设置岗位、培养实验队伍、管理规范化和制度化、建设信息平台及建立安全保障制度等方面的改革措施,建立了一套合理有效的运行机制和管理体制,提高了实验中心管理水平,使之成为首批国家级电工电子教学实验示范中心。更多还原

【Abstract】 The reform and practice of Electrician & Electron Teaching Experiment Center of Huazhong University of Science & Technology(HUST) are introduced in this paper.A serial reform measures are used to construct a reasonable and effective performing system and management system,such as optimizing device resources,setting reasonable positions,training excellent experiment group, standardizing management,building information platform,establishing safeguard system,and et al.The reform and practice,as a result,improves management,and makes the Electrician & Electron Experiment Center of HUST become national electrician & electron experiment teaching demonstration center.更多还原
