【摘要】 高等院校实验室是培养面向21世纪理论与实践相结合的高级人才基地,同时也是进行科学研究与技术开发的重要场所。电子政务实验室是专门从事电子政务研究、教学和咨询的机构,其在公共管理和信息技术领域学科的基础上,致力于电子政务业务模式、政府流程再造、电子政务绩效评估、政府信息资源管理以及政策法规等领域的基础理论、方法和应用研究,并通过构建和开发符合国情的电子政务模拟系统推广信息技术在政府管理中的运用,培养既通晓公共管理,又掌握现代信息通信技术的高层次、复合型管理人才。如何建设好高校电子政务实验室以适应21世纪迅速发展对人才的需要,是当前摆在高校管理类学科工作者面前的一项重要课题。更多还原

The E- government affairs laboratory specializes in E- government research, teaching and consultation, and it devotes to these fields such as the business mode of the E- government, E- government performance estimation, government’ s information resource management, on the basis of the courses in public management and information technology . At the same time, the lab trains high- level and complex type managerial talent.
