多分层试井仪液压控制系统设计
Design of hydraulic control system for multisublayer well testing instrument
【摘要】 以实用新型专利"套管井地层动态测试器"为技术基础,研制出用于对套管井射孔段进行地层动态特性测量的电缆地层测试仪器的液压控制系统。该系统运用液压平衡原理及体积补偿原理,工作不受井深及环境温度变化的影响;利用液压控制可使双封隔器坐封、解封及进行预测试,可对目标层段实施多次预测试。该液压控制系统在功能及结构等方面与常规的液压控制系统相比有明显不同。
【Abstract】 Based on the practical and novel patent "The Formation Dynamic Tester for Cased Well",the hydraulic control system for wireline formation testing instrument is developed to measure the formation dynamic characteristics at the perforated interval in cased well.The system is not affected by the well depth and surrounding temperature by using hydraulic balance principle and volume compensation principle.The hydraulic system is used to set,release and pretest the dual packer and pretest the target interval for many times.Compared with the common hydraulic control system,the new system shows different technical feature regarding function and structure.
