骨架镍催化环戊酮液相加氢动力学研究

【摘要】 用骨架镍催化剂对环戊酮液相加氢动力学进行研究.分别考察该催化剂体系的加氢活性和加氢速率.经加氢实验表明,该催化剂对环戊酮加氢的较佳工艺条件为:氢气压力3.5 MPa,温度190℃,可使环戊酮加氢转化率大于90%.根据实验数据进行参数估算,求得各影响因素的动力学模型参数,并得到该催化剂的加氢动力学方程:-dc环戊酮/dt=kc环戊酮pH22.经统计检验表明,所得动力学模型较为合适.反应温度160-190℃时的加氢反应活化能为42.53 kJ/mol.反应速率常数为287.798 exp(-42 530/RT).

【Abstract】 The kinetic study of the liquid phase hydrogenation of cyclopentanone by adopting skeleton nickel catalysts has been carried out.At presence of this catalyst,the rate and activity of hydrogenation in the specific reaction system were investigated respectively.Conclusion is manifested by experiment.The suitable reaction conditions were obtained:hydrogen pressure 3.5 MPa,reaction temperature 190 ℃ or so,more than 90 % degree of hydrogenation was acquired.The parameters were estimated according to experimental data.The rate equation for the catalytic reaction was established as follows:-dccyclopentanone/dt=kccyclopentanonepH22.Through statistic check and residual error distribution analysis,the kinetics model was proved to be proper.The apparent hydrogenation activation energy was 42.53 kJ/mol and k was 287.798 exp(-42 530/RT)witnin temperature range from 160 ℃ to 190 ℃
