聚乙烯醇耐水性的研究
Study on Water-Resistance of PVA
【摘要】 通过环氧树脂改性聚乙烯醇,使其耐水性得到提高.用正交实验法研究原料配比、改性温度、改性时间对改性结果的影响.以溶剂萃取法对其耐水性进行测试,确定最佳改性条件.研究结果表明:聚乙烯醇质量浓度为8%、环氧树脂加入量2.4%(质量分数,按聚乙烯醇溶液质量计)、改性时间2 h、改性温度60℃可得到耐水性优良的改性聚乙烯醇.
【Abstract】 The water-resistance of PVA was improved by epoxide resin.The effects of ratio of the reactants,reaction temperature and time on modified results were investigated.Optimal conditions were determined by water-resistance test.The results showed the optimal water-resistance sample could be obtained when 8 % PVA reacted with 2.4 % EP(mass percent,based on PVA Sol),under the conditins of 2 h,60 ℃.
