【Abstract】 Firstly,standard curve for the determination of naphthalene content in camphor pellets was established using pure naphthalene as standard material and methanol as eluent.Then the naphthalene content in the five kinds of camphor pellets which were purchased randomly from the market were determined by HPLC.The results showed that most of the camphor pellets contained high naphthalene.This method may be a simple and fast quantitative method for the determination of naphthalene content in camphor pellet.更多还原
