氟碳改性疏水缔合型阳离子聚丙烯酰胺的特性黏数及絮凝作用
Intrinsic Viscosity and Flocculation of Cationic Polyacrylamide Modified with Fluorin-Carbon Chain
【摘要】 采用氧化-还原引发体系,以丙烯酰胺(AM)、甲基丙烯酰氧乙基三甲基氯化铵(DMC)和甲基丙烯酸十二氟庚酯(DFMA)为疏水聚合单体,在过硫酸钾(KPS)-亚硫酸氢钠(SBS)体系和乳化剂十六烷基三甲基溴化铵(CTAB)作用下,通过自由基胶束共聚法制得氟碳改性的疏水缔合型阳离子聚丙烯酰胺(FCPAM)絮凝剂。研究了单体含量、引发剂(KPS+SBS)含量对FCPAM絮凝剂特性黏数的影响,并对比了FCPAM絮凝剂和其他絮凝剂在模拟污水中的絮凝性能。FCPAM絮凝剂较佳的聚合条件为:聚合温度45℃、反应时间12.0h、x(DFMA)=0.3%、x(CTAB)=1.5%、x(DMC)=10.0%、x(KPS+SBS)=0.03%(n(SBS)∶n(KPS)=1∶2),在此条件下制得的FCPAM絮凝剂的特性黏数为550mL/g左右;在模拟污水中,当FCPAM絮凝剂的添加量为20m g/L、体系pH=6时,回用水透光率高达99%。实验结果表明,FCPAM絮凝剂具有优异的絮凝效果。
【Abstract】 Hydrophobic associating cationic polyacrylamide modified with fluorin-carbon(FCPAM) used as flocculant,and was prepared by radical micellar copolymerization of acrylamide(AM),methacryloxyethyl trimethylammonium chloride(DMC) and dodecafluoroheptyl methacrylate(DFMA) in presence of cetyl trimethylammonium bromide (CTAB) as emulsifier,initiated by potassium persulfate(KPS)-sodium bisulfite(SBS) redox system.Effect of copolymer composition on intrinsic viscosity of FCPAM was studied.Flocculation of FCPAM in simulating wastewater was compared with other flocculants.Under optimum conditions: polymerization temperature 45 ℃,time 12.0 h,x(DFMA) 0.3%,x(CTAB) 1.5%,x(DMC) 10.0% and mole fraction of initiator(KPS+SBS) 0.03%(n(SBS) ∶n(KPS) 1 ∶2),intrinsic viscosity of FCPAM flocculant is about 550 mL/g.When the dosage of FCPAM is 20 mg/L and pH of kaolin-FCPAM system is 6,transmittance of treated wastewater mounts to 99%.
