催化精馏合成乙酸正丁酯
Synthesis of n-Butyl Acetate by Catalytic Rectification
【摘要】 在直径30mm、高1.92m的催化精馏塔中,以Hβ沸石为催化剂,采用θ环填料,研究了乙酸与正丁醇酯化反应合成乙酸正丁酯的工艺过程。考察了催化剂的装填高度、进料位置、回流比和正丁醇进料液态空速等因素对酯化反应和精馏效果的影响。研究结果表明,催化精馏合成乙酸正丁酯的适宜条件为:精馏段、反应段和提馏段的高度比为1∶1∶1,乙酸与正丁醇分别在反应段上沿和下沿进料,回流比为2.5,正丁醇进料液态空速为0.64h-1。在此工艺条件下,塔釜中乙酸正丁酯的质量分数为98.64%,乙酸正丁酯总收率为91.50%。
【Abstract】 n-Butyl acetate was synthesized from acetic acid and n-butyl alcohol in a catalytic rectification tower 30 mm in diameter and 1.92 m in height,Hβ zeolite being used as catalyst and θ rings as packing.Effects of loading height of Hβ zeolite catalyst,feed inlet location,reflux ratio and feeding rate on esterification and rectification were investigated.Under optimal conditions: height ratio of rectifying section ∶reacting section ∶stripping section 1 ∶1 ∶1,acetic acid feeded at top of reacting section,n-butyl alcohol feeded at bottom of reacting section,reflux ratio 2.5 and liguid hourly space velocity of n-butyl alcohol 0.64 h-1,mass fraction of n-butyl acetate in bottom and yield of n-butyl acetate can reach 98.64% and 91.50%,respectively.
