【摘要】 以1-癸烯为原料,研究了固载化AlCl3催化剂(简称催化剂)对α-烯烃聚合反应的催化性能。考察了催化剂载体孔结构、催化剂颗粒大小、正庚烷与1-癸烯的体积比、反应温度和单釜反应时间对催化剂稳定性的影响。实验结果表明,以双孔γ-Al2O3为载体制备的催化剂的稳定性比以介孔γ-Al2O3为载体制备的催化剂的稳定性好;催化剂颗粒较小时,催化剂的稳定性较好;适宜的正庚烷与1-癸烯的体积比有利于产物的扩散,从而延长催化剂的使用寿命;较低的反应温度有利于提高催化剂的稳定性;延长单釜反应时间,催化剂使用寿命缩短。

【Abstract】 Catalytic performance of aluminum trichloride immobilized on γ-alumina in polymerization of α-olefin was studied. Effects of γ-alumina pore structure,catalyst particle size,volume ratio of heptane to 1-decene, reation temperature and single reactor reaction time on catalyst stability were investigated. The catalyst with support of both meso- and macro-pore shows better stability than that with support of mesopore in 1-decene polymerization. Particle size of catalyst influences its stability. Smaller catalyst particle size is favorable to its stability in polymerization. Proper volume ratio of heptane to 1-decene is important to catalyst lifetime because heptane in reactants can increase diffusibility of reactants and products. Shorter single reactor reaction time and lower reaction temperature are preferred to prolonging catalyst lifetime.
