丙烯酸叔丁酯分散聚合的研究
Dispersion Polymerization of tert-Butyl Acrylate
【摘要】 以偶氮二异丁腈为引发剂、聚乙烯基吡咯烷酮为稳定剂、乙醇-水混合溶剂为分散介质,对丙烯酸叔丁酯的分散聚合行为进行了研究。考察了分散介质组成、单体用量、引发剂用量和稳定剂用量对单体转化率?聚丙烯酸叔丁酯微球粒径及分散系数的影响。在乙醇-水分散介质中,丙烯酸叔丁酯进行分散聚合的适宜反应条件为:乙醇和水的质量比为60∶40,丙烯酸叔丁酯相对于分散介质的质量分数为10.0%,引发剂和稳定剂相对于单体的质量分数分别为1.0%和20%,反应温度为70℃,反应时间为24h。在此条件下,丙烯酸叔丁酯的转化率超过90%,聚丙烯酸叔丁酯的微球直径为0.95μm,分散系数为0.048。
【Abstract】 Dispersion polymerization of tert-butyl acrylate(tBA)proceeded with ethanol-water solution as dispersion medium,polyvinylpyrrolidone(PVP)as stabilizer and azobisisobutyronitrile(AIBN)as initiator.Effects of dispersion medium,monomer,initiator and stabilizer on tBA conversion,diameter of obtained poly(tert-butyl acrylate)microsphere and its distribution coefficient were studied.Under optimal conditions for dispersion polymerization of tBA:mass ratio of ethanol to water 64 ∶40,mass fraction of tBA in dispersion medium 10.0%,mass fraction of AIBN in monomer 1.0%,mass fraction of PVP in monomer 20%,reaction temperature 70 ℃ and reaction time 24 h,monomer conversion is more than 90%,and diameter of obtained poly(tert-butyl acrylate)microsphere and its distribution coefficient are 0.95 μm and 0.048,respectively.
