【Abstract】 The PetroChina Company ranked among the top 50 MNCs in the world is inevitable to implement the internationalized management strategy and build a talent team in the decision-making support organization of petroleum industry. The large business development space for the petroleum decision-making support organization was described. The advantages for the decision-making support organization to build internationalized talent teams in petroleum industry were analyzed. The difference between current team andinternationalized one was discussed. The planning and development principles of internationalized talent team in the decision-making support organization of petroleum industry and some suggestions to build the internationalized talent team were proposed.更多还原
