【Abstract】 This paper introduces the process of PWES-MIS based on the information technology of network and the fact of port & waterway engineering supervision,and expatiates the main function,flow of data and specialty of technology of the system.The result of testing operation reveals that the PWES-MIS is of great practical significance.更多还原
