放射性核素骨显像“超级影像”的特点

【摘要】 目的探讨放射性核素骨显像“超级影像”的特点。方法2301例肿瘤患者骨显像中,发现18例(前列腺癌6例,乳腺癌4例,肺癌2例,原发灶不明3例,神经母细胞瘤和膀胱癌各1例)。依据“超级影像”图像特点的不同分为均一对称型(Ⅰ型)和灶性散在分布型(Ⅱ型)2种类型进行分析。结果“超级影像”出现的阳性率为0.78%(18/2301),其中前列腺癌出现率最多,约占33.33%(6/18),乳腺癌和肺癌次之,分别占22.22%(4/18)和11.11%(2/18)。“超级影像”的分布特点均一对称型影像占38.88%(7/18),其中完全对称型占16.66%(3/18),而前列腺癌占整个Ⅰ型影像的71%(5/7);灶性散在分布型影像占61.11%(11/18)。结论“超级影像”是骨转移影像的一种特殊形式,前列腺癌和乳腺癌患者易于出现这种影像

【Abstract】 Objective To observe the characters of “super bone scan”in radionuclide bone imaging.Methods In 2301 cases of cancer,18 cases (6 cases of prostate cancer,4 cases of breast cancer,2 cases of pulmonary cancer,3 cases of unclear original cancer and 1 case of neuroblastoma and bladder cancer respectively) appeared “super bone scan” feature.According to the characters of the “super bone scan”,the results of bone images were divided into two types:diffuse symmetric type (Ⅰ) and multi-focal contribution type(Ⅱ).Results The positive rate of “super bone scan” was 0.78% ( 18/2301 ) , in which prostate cancers were the most one having “super bone scan”33.33%(6/18),breast and pulmonary cancer was the second in 22.22%(4/18) and 11.11%(2/18) respectively.Distributive characters 38.88%(7/18) was diffuse symmetric(type Ⅰ),in which the complete symmetric appearance was 16.66%(3/18) and the prostate cancers holded 71%(5/7) in type Ⅰ.While,61.66%(11/18) was the type of multi-focal contribution(type Ⅱ).Conclusion “super bone scan” is a special type of the tumor metastatic bone images.Prostate and breast cancer are apt to showing this image.
