【摘要】 目的探寻膝关节交叉韧带的完整显示最佳MR成像方法。方法健康成人自愿者膝关节30例,分别进行膝关节伸直位、微曲位(17°)和屈曲位(45°)的快速自旋回波序列垂直矢状位和斜矢状位的MR扫描,观察不同位置、不同角度交叉韧带的显示效果及MRI表现。结果30例膝关节前交叉韧带(ACL)在伸直位垂直、斜矢状面完整显示率分别为63.3%、70.0%;微曲位垂直、斜矢状面上完整显示率分别为93.3%、96.7%;屈曲位垂直、斜矢状面上完整显示率分别为96.7%、100.0%。后交叉韧带(PCL)在不同位置、不同角度断面完整显示率均为100%。结论MRI成像中交叉韧带在屈曲位斜矢状面显示最佳。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective To find out the best method of MR imaging in showing the cruciate ligament completely . Methods 30 cases of adult knee joints were scanned by MR with the spin echo at vertical sagital surface and inclined sagital surface in extending position,slightly bending position(17°) and bending position(45°),the MR manifestations and showing effect of cruciate ligaments in different position and different angle in workstation.Results The complete showing rate of anterior cruciate ligament(ACL) in the vertical and inclined sagittal surface of extending position was 63.3% and 70.0% ; in slightly bending position was 93.3% and 96.7% and in bending position was 96.7% and 100.0% respectively.Conclusion Cruciate ligament is best display in sagittal bending position on MRI.更多还原
