【摘要】 目的报告应用超声乳化白内障、人工晶状体植入联合小梁切除(以下简称三联术)的方法治疗青光眼合并白内障并评价其疗效。方法应用三联术对69例(70眼)青光眼合并白内障患者行手术治疗,观察术后视力及眼压情况,术后随访1～9个月。结果l例术后眼压未能改善,其余术后眼压控制好,69眼眼压<20mmHg(98.5%)。术后视力迅速恢复,56眼>O.3(80%),术后并发症少。结论青光眼白内障并存的情况下采用三联术是目前最佳的手术治疗方法,不但能良好地控制眼压,迅速恢复视力且并发症少,手术适应证广。但该手术必须具备娴熟的超声乳化手术基础,完成一个连续的环形撕囊,才能降低手术并发症,达到预期的手术目的。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective To evaluate the clinical effects of triple surgery: trabeculetomy, phacoemulsification and posterior chamber intraocular lens implantation for glaucoma complicated with ca taract. 70 eyes of 69 patients of glaucoma complicated with cataract were treatedby triple surgeries. Postoperative visual acuityand intraocular pressurewere followed after one to nine months. All except one patients got IOPs lower than 20 mmHg while fast visual acuity recovery (better than 0.3 in 56 eyes) and few complications were acquired. Trabeculetomy combined with phacoemulsification and intraocular lens implantation is a good method to treat the glaucoma complicated withcataract characterized bybetter control of IOP, fast recoveryof VA and few complications.
