【摘要】 目的探讨弱视儿童治疗前后图形视觉诱发电位(P-VEP)P100波变化。方法选择43例(78眼)弱视儿童在治疗前后分别进行P-VEP检测,同期对30例正常儿童检测,将资料进行对比、分析。结果发现弱视儿童P-VEPP100波振幅明显低于正常对照组,潜伏期则比正常对照组明显延长,结果差异有统计学意义(<0.01);弱视经治疗后P-VEP均有改善,重度弱视治疗前后结果比较差异有统计学意义(<0.05)。结论P-VEP是诊断弱视的可靠依据。儿童弱视治疗过程中定期检查P-VEP,能评价治疗效果,指导下一步治疗。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective To investigate changes of P100 wave of Pattern Visual Evoked Potentials (P-VEP) before and after the treatment of child amblyopia. Methods P-VEP was recoded from 43 cases (78 eyes) of child amblyopia before and after the treatment, while 30 cases of normal child recorded as control. Results The amplitudes of P100 of amblyopia children were substantially lower than those of normal children, and the latencies were significantly delayed (P<0.01). After the treatment, P-VEP of amblyopia children improved in each group. There was significant difference in severe amblyopia group (P<0.01). Conclusion P-VEP is reliable in the diagnosis of amblyopia. Periodically examination of P-VEP could evaluate the effect of therapy and guide further stage of treatment.更多还原
