Al/Cu扩散偶相界面的实验研究
Experimental study on interface of Al/Cu diffusion couple
【摘要】 采用“铆钉法”制备了Al/Cu曲面接触扩散偶,用彩色金相、显微硬度测试方法对其界面区域进行了观察分析。实验结果表明,烧结温度对相层数量起主要作用,并和保温时间一起影响扩散溶解层厚度。在873 K,823~723 K,623 K扩散偶的扩散溶解层分别由4个,3个,1个相组成,在Al/Cu扩散偶中各相层的硬度由铜侧相向铝侧相逐渐增大并在出现硬度峰值后减小。
【Abstract】 The curving interface zones of Al/Cu diffusion couples prepared by mechanical method were researched by the means of color metallograph and microhardness.The results indicate that sintering temperature plays a prime role in the development of the number of phase layers and affects the thickness of diffusion solution layer by the thermal time.The diffusion layers are made up of four different phase layers at 873 K,three different phase layers at 823~723 K and one phase layer at 623 K,respectively.The hardness of different layers increases gradually from the copper section to aluminum section and decreases after the peak of hardness forms.
