【摘要】 目的研究经脐静脉置管门静脉复方丹参灌注+化疗对肝癌术后复发的防治价值。方法60例患者被随机分成2组,对照组30例单纯肝癌切除,实验组30例肝癌切除术后采用复方丹参加丝裂霉素、阿霉素方案门静脉化疗作者对30例肝癌肝切除术中经脐静脉留置门静脉导管或化疗泵,术后通过B超、CT检查,AFP监测,门静脉造影等措施随诊观察肿瘤复发情况。结果实验组和对照组肝癌术后1年复发率分别为15.3%、60.7%(P<0.05)2年复发率分别为30.0%和75.1%(P<0.05)。结论复方丹参灌注加化疗对肝癌术后复发有明显防治作用,可为肝癌的术后随访和治疗提供有力的新手段.更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective To evaluate the the efficacy of trans-umbilical-portal vein perfusion of FufangDanshen in the prevention of tumor recurrence in patients with hepatocellular carcinoma.Methods 60 cases of hepatocellular carcinoma were divided into two groups. The 30 cases in control group accepted resections of liver carcinoma alone, and the 30 cases in experimental group received resections of the liver carcinoma and trans-umbilical-vein chemical therapy with FufangDanshen, mitomycin and adriamycin. Recurrence was evaluated by B-ultrasonography, CT ,AFP and portal phlebography. Results The recurrence rates within 1 year in the experimental and control group were 15.3%and60.7%(P<0.05), respectively, and the recurrence rates within 2 years were 30.0% and 75.1%(P<0.05), respectively. Conclusion Trans-umbilical-portal vein perfusion of FufangDanshen can effectively prevent tumor recurrence in hepatocellular carcinoma.更多还原
