【摘要】 目的探讨非小细胞肺癌患者化疗前后外周血中转化生长因子β1(TGF-β1)水平的变化及其与非小细胞肺癌分期和化疗疗效的关系。方法应用酶联免疫法检测19例非小细胞肺癌化疗前后血清中TGF-β1含量。结果19例非小细胞肺癌患者化疗前TGF-β1浓度显著高于化疗后血清TGF-β1浓度,两者有显著性差异(P<0.05)。Ⅳ期非小细胞肺癌患者血清TGF-β1浓度高于III期非小细胞肺癌患者,两者有显著性差异(P<0.05)。结论TGF-β1在非小细胞肺癌的发生发展中发挥着重要作用,TGF-β1水平可视为非小细胞肺癌患者生存1个独立因素。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective To investigate the change of the serum transforming growth factor- β1(TGF-β1) levels in patients with non-small cell lung cancer before and after chemotherapy.Methods The serum TGF-β1 levels were measured by enzyme-linked immunoabsorbent assay in 19 NSCLC patients before chemotherapy and after chemotherapy.Results The serum TGF-β1 levels in patients with NSCLC before chemotherapy were significantly higher than that after chemotherapy (P<0.05).The serum TGF-β1 levels were significantly higher in patients with stage IV disease compared with that with stage III disease (P<0.05).Conclusion TGF-β1 may play an important role in tumor progression in patients with non-small cell lung cancer.TGF-β1 levels may be an independent predictor of survival in patients with NSCLC.更多还原
