【摘要】 目的探讨卵巢癌组织中环氧合酶-2(COX-2)的表达及其临床意义。方法采用免疫组织化学方法,检测55例卵巢上皮癌术后癌组织石蜡切片中COX-2蛋白的表达;分析COX-2表达与其临床病理参数的关系。结果COX-2阳性表达率61.8%(34/55);COX-2表达与卵巢上皮癌临床分期、有无淋巴结转移、CA125半衰期、治疗近期缓解率及生存期无关;但与其病理分级显著相关。结论COX-2的表达可能与卵巢癌的病理分级有关。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective To study the expression of cyclooxygenase-2 (COX-2) in ovarian carcinoma and its relation to clinical behavior.Methods Expression of COX-2 in 55 cases of epithelial ovarian carcinoma was detected with immunohistochemical method.The relationship between COX-2 and clinicopathologic variables were analysed.Results The positive rate of COX-2 in cases of epithelial ovarian carcinoma was 61.8%(34/55).The expression of COX-2 was not related to clinical stage,lymph node metastasis,CA125 half-life and overall survival time,but the positive rate of COX-2 was significant difference between histological grade G1 and G3 (P=0.036).Conclusion The expression of COX-2 may be related to histological grade ovarian carcinoma.更多还原
